Here are the general terms and conditions for purchases from Cecilia Risberg AB.

Right of cancellation and refund.

 For companies

No right of cancellation or refund for companies. 

For private individuals

14 days cancellation on unused physical goods.

No cancellation or refund for digital goods. Including courses and subscriptions.

For complaints. Please specify the reason for the complaint. Then return the item. Refund will be made within 14 days when the return reaches us and all conditions are met for a refund.

Shipping and handling

Shipping solutions are specified when purchasing physical product. Price and expected delivery time.

When products are sent with freight to the customer, Cecilia Risberg AB is not responsible for any mistakes and errors from the freight supplier. Cecilia Risberg AB wishes to resolve any situation as Cecilia Risberg AB wants the customer to enjoy their purchase. But whether it results in new shipping, refund or no action taken depends on each individual situation.
